Chris Allen is the Bitfury Group's CLO/General Counsel. Chris is an English corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience in public/private M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions, serving as outside legal counsel for many of the world's leading multinationals, investment banks, hedge/private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices. Chris previously worked as a partner at the international US law firm Latham & Watkins and as a lawyer at the English firm Linklaters. Chris is a law graduate of University College London and the College of Law in London.
