Dr. Zhang currently serves as President of China Unicom Research Institute, Vice President of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology SDN Industry Alliance, Vice President of the Technical Committee for New Prominent Forum in China Institute of Telecommunications, and CCF(China Computer Federation) Outsanding Member .
