Wolfgang Salomon joined Lenovo in 2007 and is leading HR for EMEA for 6 years now based out of Vienna. Before taking responsibility for EMEA he was in charge of HR in various Regions like Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa and Russia &CIS. He is a member of the EMEA executive committee covering HR topics including talent development, resources management, diversity & inclusion. Wolfgang is a pragmatic HR Generalist and considers himself foremost a Business Leader that is driving the HR function. He holds a degree in Business administration from the University of Economics in Vienna.
