Webster B. Chua (New York) joined KKR in 2006 and is a member of KKR's Principal Activities team and Head of Strategic Stakes. From 2006 to 2013, he was a member of the private equity team where he was involved with the investments in First Data Corporation, IPREO, Legg Mason, and Visant Corporation. He is currently on the board of directors of Visant Corporation. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking group, where he was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and financing transactions. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
