Mr. W. Edmund Clark, also known as Ed, has been the Chief Executive Officer and Group President of TD Bank Group since December 20, 2002.Mr. Clark served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of TD Bank Financial Group, a Holding company of TD Capital Trust III, TD Capital Trust IV and TD Capital Trust. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his Master's degree and Doctorate in Economics from Harvard University in 1971 and 1974 respectively. Mr. Clark holds Honorary Degrees from Mount Allison University and Queen’s University.
