Vivek Mathur,aged 50 years, is an Independent Director of the company. He joined SAIF in July 2011 as Managing Director and CFO. Prior to SAIF, he was with Dell as the Head of the India Contact Centers. He has even been with Standard Chartered's Global back office in India and the wholesale banking in ANZ Grindlays India as their CFO.

Vivek has a degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani and completed his MBA from the University of Iowa, USA.
