As UST’s Chief Values officer, Sunil is responsible for sustaining, strengthening and scaling UST’s values and culture globally. He is responsible for building and executing purpose-driven CSR initiatives that positively reflect UST’s environmental stewardship, such as joining the Climate Pledge and targeting net-zero carbon by 2040. Sunil grew UST’s internal employee engagement group, Colors of UST, into an industry-leading cultural program that mobilizes employees across the globe to reach corporate goals while transforming lives and communities.

In addition to his role as Chief Values Officer, Sunil also serves as UST’s Global Head of Development Center Operations. In this role, he develops and deploys organizational strategies for UST’s development centers that align to organizational goals.

Sunil earned his BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Kerala University. He later graduated from Cochin University of Science and Technology with his MTech in Computer and Information Sciences.
