I'm a fast learner and I'm motivated by gaining new knowledge and solving unseen challenges. I believe that the mixture of my corporate and startup background has given me a solid understanding and know-how on how to bridge between these important verticals and get things done properly.

I enjoy building and leading high-performance teams to exceed expectations through a high team spirit, strong strategy, and by putting trust into my employees. All ways focused on developing the individual to exceed their own targets.

Though I have high demands I have a large capacity for empathy. I prefer a coaching approach to ensure motivation, development, and results right away.

I advise and consult startups and organizations through interim positions and as a member of the board.
