Siavash Ghorbani is an angel investor and Director of Engineering at Shopify, leading engineering for the company’s consumer products Shop & Shop Pay. Siavash was CTO and co-founder of Tictail (acquired by Shopify) a marketplace and online store builder serving over 100,000 online stores and millions of buyers.

Before Tictail, Siavash was the technical lead at Schibsted-owned classifieds service Blocket, the same technical platform that powers Leboncoin and other Schibsted marketplaces.
