Shawn supported the incubation of Zest Health with the startup’s two financial backers, 7wire Ventures and Lightbank. Since joining in October 2013, he drove Zest’s commercial and organizational growth, and lead the company through its $6.5M Series A financing.

Prior to Zest Health, Shawn focused on healthcare investments at 7wire Ventures in collaboration with managing partners, Glen Tullman and Lee Shapiro. As a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, he focused on strategy and corporate development in healthcare and financial services.

Shawn holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
