Sarah Greenlee is currently employed as a Senior Scientist at Ionis Pharmaceuticals in the Preclinical Development Department. She has worked at Ionis Pharmaceuticals for 9 years, with the last 7 years in bioanalytical sciences. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Biochemistry and San Diego State University with an M.S. in Public Health, Toxicology. During her career, Sarah has used a variety of different bioanalytical techniques, such as HPLC-UV, LC-MS/MS, hybridization ELISA and hybridization coupled with ECL detection for the quantitation of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) from various matrices including plasma, CSF, urine and tissues. In her current position, she is also responsible for the outsourcing of ligand binding method validations to contract lab organizations, and conducts internal method development and optimization for ligand binding assays to improve bioanalytical sensitivity.
