Ross Devor joined Insight in 2013. Ross focuses primarily on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations in both high-growth and mature software businesses. Ross works with several Insight portfolio companies and helps lead new investments across Application and Infrastructure software.
Prior to joining Insight, Ross was a member of the investment team at Thoma Bravo. During his tenure Ross completed multiple platform and follow-on software buyouts where his role included leading vertical sourcing initiatives, conducting operational and market due diligence and arranging financing commitments. Post investment, Ross was active at both the Board and company level supporting portfolio company operating improvements and inorganic growth initiatives.
Previously Ross worked in the Corporate Finance/ Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley.
