Robert Schechter has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2013. From 1995 to 2008, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NMS Communications Corporation (now known as LiveWire Mobile, Inc.), a global provider of hardware and software solutions for the communications industry, and served as the chairman of its board of directors from 1996 to 2008.

He currently serves on the board of directors of PTC Inc., a provider of software solutions and related services for product development, where he is the chair of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee. He also currently serves on the board of directors of EXA Corp, a developer of computational fluid dynamics solutions and another privately held company.

Schechter received a B.S. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
