Rob began his career as a research scientist for Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he supported drug discovery during the preclinical candidate optimization process. His years at BMS exposed him to all facets of drug discovery from early candidate screening to animal PK/TK studies. During this time, Rob obtained his M.S. degree in computing science, and designed and implemented some small scale software projects for his department.
Rob’s career in software development began when he was hired by Jim Gregory as a software developer for Neurogen Corporation. There, he was able to combine his previous lab experience and software development skills to provide tailored data management solutions for individual research labs.

A couple of years later Rob was once again hired by Jim Gregory, this time to join Core Informatics as a software engineer. As the company grew, so did Rob’s role and responsibilities.

Rob holds a dual degree in Chemistry and Biophysics from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven.
