I’m fortunate to partner with dent making teams to build extraordinary global companies at Cathay Innovation, an early and growth stage venture capital firm with $3B AUM across San Francisco, Paris, Shanghai and Singapore, and closely affiliated with Cathay Capital Private Equity, a global private equity firm with $6B in AUM.

Our partnerships with the startups we back, sustain from the initial stages of refining product-market fit to IPO and beyond. Personally, fulfillment comes from helping others achieve their full potential.

I’m energized by founders with authentic ideas who have the guts and determination to change the world. Hard problems (KaiOS), the transformation of industries (Igloo, Coherent, Lifepal), and enormous green field opportunities (FinAccel, LeadIQ, Reebelo) get me up in the morning!

At the end of the day my goal is to be my founder’s, entrepreneur’s and management team’s first phone call in great and not-so-great times.
