Qin Xuetang, aged 57, is an executive director and senior vice president of the company. Since joining the Group in 1995, Mr. Qin has been responsible for corporate legal and risk control affairs and has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and listed company governance. Mr. Qin is also responsible for the company's audit, compliance, risk control and information disclosure. Mr. Qin obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1985, and was qualified as a practicing lawyer in China in 1990. Before joining the Group, Mr. Qin worked in the Law Department of Shanghai Fudan University.
