Pedro joined BlueGem Capital Partners as an Investment Director in 2017.

He is involved in deal sourcing and deal execution across Europe.

Prior to joining BlueGem, Pedro spent nearly four years at Bain Capital Private Equity in London and worked at Generation Investment Management. Pedro started his career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon.

Pedro holds a BA in Economics from Nova SBE, an MSc in Business Analytics from Warwick Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
