Paul Hurdlow joined FloSports in 2017 and defined the in-house legal function, with emphasis on rights acquisition, digital rights management and enforcement, and corporate finance and governance. He has practiced corporate and securities law for nearly 30 years. Prior to FloSports Paul was at DLA Piper, where he founded the Austin office and represented companies and investors in hundreds of private financings and led teams in dozens of public transactions including IPOs, public mergers, and acquisitions. Paul holds a JD from the University of California, Berkley, and co-founded the Austin Entrepreneurs Foundation. Fun fact: Paul is the proud owner of FloSports’ resident fish.
