Eric Heurtaux joins Mirakl after serving as the company's chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee at publicly traded Worldline, one of the world's largest and most significant payments and transactional services organizations. Heurtaux oversaw financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, integrations, investor relations, and numerous key group tasks, while at Worldline, one of the cornerstone corporations of the French and European economies. During his tenure at Worldline, the firm quadrupled revenue through a combination of internal growth and acquisitions, and it was included in the CAC 40, a French stock market index that includes the top 40 publicly traded companies by market capitalization. He also oversaw the company's successful takeover attempt for payment service provider Ingenico, which included the associated finance and the final merger of Ingenico into Worldline. Heurtaux was previously the chief financial officer of Atos Big Data & Security, a worldwide cybersecurity company with annual revenue of around 1 billion Euro. Heurtaux holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, one of the world's most famous business schools, and is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
