Ms. Nicky Conlan serves as the Finance Controller of Investec Ventures Ireland Ltd.

Ms. Conlan spent four years in KPMG's Assurance division, qualifying as an ACA during her time there. Ms. Fitzgerald gained significant experience in managing teams performing audits and special assignments.

Her client base included blue-chip clients in the pharmaceutical, media, food, beverage, and fashion sectors. Ms. Fitzgerald also served on various projects in KPMG's Business Advisory Services and Professional Standards divisions. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Ms. Fitzgerald is a graduate in Business Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin and earned a B.B.S. degree.
