Naozad Sirwalla (Mumbai) joined KKR India in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Sirwalla was with Kotak Group for over 13 years, of which for the last five years, he was the chief operating officer of Kotak’s alternate assets fund management platform across three verticals, viz. Private Equity Funds, Realty Funds & Infrastructure Funds. Prior to being COO, he was responsible for investor relations (institutions), strategic initiatives, proprietary investments, group budgets and MIS for Kotak Bank. Prior to Kotak, Mr. Sirwalla worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers for five years in the corporate finance practice. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary.
