Naomi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Birghtline. She was leads the product strategy, prioritization and product management efforts at Castlight.

Naomi joined Castlight from McKinsey & Company, where she was a leader in the health care and business technology practices and focused on serving payers, providers, and technology companies on health care and strategy issues.

Prior to McKinsey, Naomi worked in product planning at Microsoft.

She also worked for several years in Deloitte Consulting’s health care and technology practices.

Naomi has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
