Nabeel Hyatt is a General Partner at Spark Capital. He was a multi-time founder before joining Spark and launching the west coast office of the firm. Nabeel's investments have been focused on the edge of startups creating new markets, including being an early investor and serving on the board of Cruise Automation, Postmates, Sonder, and Discord.
Nabeel began his career as a serial entrepreneur, serving variously as founder, CEO, or head of Product at a variety of startups, including Teamtalk (global sports media company, IPO'd in 2001), MIT Media Lab spin-out Ambient Devices (pioneering IoT consumer electronics), and Conduit Labs (one of the first social gaming companies, acquired by Zynga).
Nabeel studied Computer Science at Purdue University and received a B.S. in Design from Maryland Institute, College of Art.
