Mike brings to Somatus his passion for holistic, integrated healthcare along with his accomplished 15 years plus track record of leading teams, engaging Physicians, and growing revenues in operational and business development roles.

Mike led highly consultative and high-growth medical device and kidney care sales teams at Zimmer Biomet and Baxter Healthcare. More recently, he served as the Group Director of home dialysis therapy operations, where he oversaw more than $300M in operating revenue, 2500 home patients, and 150 home clinics across the mid-Atlantic states. Mike helped pioneer home centers of excellence and transitional care units as innovative, quality improvement patient care delivery options. He also built a team to lead the patient-facing CKD educational arm of the business to improve clinical outcomes, patient quality of life, and financial performance.

Mike graduated with a BS degree in Kinesiology from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell. Inspired by the dignity of human life, Mike is involved with various church and mission work organizations.
