Michelle Kley was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of SSL MDA Holdings, Inc., in July 2016. She is based in our office in San Francisco.

Ms. Kley joined SSL in January 2012, serving as Associate General Counsel, Vice President, Legal at SSL.

Previous to joining SSL MDA, Ms. Kley worked as a Corporate Associate for several top-tier law firms in San Francisco, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Ms. Kley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology (with honors) from Sonoma State University and a J.D. degree from University of California Berkeley Law School (Boalt Hall). Ms. Kley is admitted to practice in the State of California and District of Columbia.
