Michael Kushner has over 20 years of experience as a transformational leader specializing in outsourcing, strategy, and the running of front and back office operations to reduce cost, improve service, and mitigate corporate risk. His extensive background in front and back office operations includes procurement and supply chain, print operations, financial operations, order-to-cash, facilities, customer service, mail operations, MRO, fleet, records management, claims and application processing, and marketing operations. Michael has supported clients globally across several industries including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, media, and energy and utilities.

Previous to joining Alsbridge, Michael served as the Global Head Supply Chain and Operations Practice at ISG.

Michael also has many years of experience as VP of Administrative Services and CPO at WellPoint, then SVP of Operations and CPO at Zurich Financial and also served as a Sr. Partner at Wipro Consulting and as a Principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Michael's extensive leadership experience as both an outsourcing consultant and a provider of outsourcing services brings a unique understanding and valuable perspective to clients.

Michael has a MBA from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a regular speaker at industry conferences on supply chain, sourcing and operations topics.
