Michael Boskin has served as a member of Oracle’s Board of Directors since 1994. He has been a member of the Finance and Audit Committee since 1994, serving as vice chair of that committee since 2005, and a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee since 1994, serving as chair of that committee since 2012.

Boskin is the Tully M. Friedman Professor of Economics and Hoover Institution Senior Fellow at Stanford University, where he has been on the faculty since 1971. He is CEO and president of Boskin & Co., Inc., a consulting firm. He was chairman of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers from 1989 until 1993. Boskin also currently serves as a director of Exxon Mobil Corporation.
