Max C. Lin (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2005 and is a member of the Health Care Industry team within KKR's Private Equity Platform. He has played a significant role in several investments including Biomet, HCA, PRA, Go Daddy, and The Nielsen Company. Currently, he is on the board of directors of Biomet and PRA. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lin was with Morgan Stanley where he was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
