Matt graduated from Harvard College in 1993 and has been with PTC ever since. Originally part of and then leading the Creo Detail group, he now manages the Creo Customer Response Team. They investigate customer bug reports, resolving those they can and making Development’s investigation of the others more efficient. He has broad expertise covering many areas of Creo, and is a go-to guy for how to design Creo projects so different areas can work together well.
