Dr. Martha E. Simmons is the Chief Operating Officer at Forthlane Partners, a multi-family office in Toronto. She is also a faculty member at Osgoode Hall Law School where she teaches in both the JD and Graduate Programs and is the Director of the LLM in Dispute Resolution. Dr. Simmons is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Law Society of Ontario. She formerly served as the Chair of the Board of Governors of Havergal College.
