Mark Caylor is corporate vice president and president of Enterprise Shared Services for Northrop Grumman.

In this role, Caylor leads an Enterprise Shared Services organization that encompasses a variety of service and support functions including Information Technology Solutions; Information Security; HR, IT and Financial Service Center Operations; Enterprise Resource Planning; Enterprise Accounting & Reporting; Procurement Shared Services; Global Mobility Office; Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety; Corporate Real Estate and Facilities; Corporate Security; and Flight Operations. He is a member of the company’s Corporate Policy Council.

Caylor previously served as corporate vice president and treasurer for Northrop Grumman, responsible for ensuring the company’s liquidity and capital structure management. He was responsible for all duties of the corporate treasury, including capital markets, capital structure, insurance and risk management, the execution of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, bank relationships and cash management.

Earlier, Caylor was director of Banking and Capital Markets and assistant treasurer, with responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s capital deployment strategy including dividends and share repurchase programs. He also served as director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Caylor joined Northrop Grumman in 2002 as the director of Pricing and Cost Estimating at the company’s Aerospace Systems sector, formerly known as the Space Technology sector, where he also worked as deputy to the vice president of Technology Development.

Caylor earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in aeronautics and astronautics from the California Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
