Maninder Gulati joined Lightspeed Advisory Services India in 2012. He brings over eight years of operating, business building, entrepreneurship and consulting experience to the firm.

Prior to Lightpseed, Maninder was an Associate at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Maninder worked on several growth strategy and implementation engagements across various sectors including financial services, organized retail, digital music, data centers and building security/automation.

Before McKinsey, Maninder co-founded a voice based life-streaming platform – lifeinlines.com, which allowed users to create a digital diary of their life. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Maninder worked at ITC Limited, India’s largest FMCG company. At ITC, Maninder was a part of the core team that launched ITC’s personal care business and he spearheaded key organization transformation initiatives such as Six-sigma for the tobacco business.

Maninder graduated with a Dual degree (B.Tech and M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he held key leadership positions including that of Head of ‘The Entrepreneurship Cell’. He holds an MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, where he was a part of the Dean and Merit list.
