Makoto has been involved in website and graphic design since 1997. Other than front-end development, he also translates websites and other related materials to Japanese and English and has worked on other related projects as well.

He began translating bitcoin related websites into Japanese from late 2011 to 2013 and eventually started working with Bitcoin.com since August 2016. Makoto enjoys photography, post-hardcore/screamo music, and playing ice hockey when offline.
