Lynn S. McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Fiserv, Inc. In this position, McCreary is responsible for all the legal functions of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and government compliance. McCreary joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in March 2010.

Prior to Fiserv, McCreary spent over 16 years in private practice, representing commercial, retail, financial and insurance companies.
