Lisa joined Norwest in 2020, first as a part-time Senior Advisor, then full-time as an Interim CMO and Operating Executive. As a member of the portfolio services team, she lends her 20+ years of B2B marketing experience to the portfolio, working shoulder-to-shoulder with company leaders to help them optimize and scale their revenue engines for growth.

Most recently, Lisa was VP of Marketing at Lucidworks, where she built the growth function from the ground up. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at VC-backed B2B SaaS companies, including Demandbase and Castlight Health. While at Demandbase, Lisa became a certified Account-Based Marketing expert and frequent speaker on ABM best practices in her role as VP of Demand Generation & Brand.

Lisa holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Stanford University.
