Lia Cao is a Managing Director, Global Head of Wholesale Payments Solutions and North

America Head of Treasury Services (TS) Corporate Sales within J.P.Morgan’s Wholesale

Payments business in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). In her solutions role, Lia and

her team design and scale uniquely integrated solutions that meet complex client needs,

incorporating all aspects of the firm’s holistic payments offering: Global Payments, FX, Merchant

Acquiring, Commercial Card, Trade and Digital Retail Banking. Partnering closely with the

product organization, Lia is responsible for the overall global solutions strategy to maximize

commercialization of the firm’s capabilities with some of our largest and most strategic global

clients.
