I am an experienced technology and operations executive who has built, led, and transformed global technology organizations. My past record includes successful organizational transformation, integration & divestitures, product development, risk and information security management, outsourcing and vendor management.
Meanwhile, I do love to get my hands dirty and have been closely engaged in FinTech startups, PoC programs, and build-outs in digitization, big data and machine learning.

I have always believed that a “People First, Product and Process Next” attitude fuels success - a mantra that has guided me through a wide variety of challenges throughout my career. In the past, I have created "Top Gun" programs to retain and nurture talent and have always kept attrition below industry levels. I have also partnered with product teams, using innovation and creativity to leap frog competition while using technology to create operational efficiencies.

My core principles of energy, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of execution motivate me every day, and I have successfully applied and instilled these principles in large, global institutions as well as startup and growing companies. I have found that because I love what I do, my value and principles are amplified and make me very effective in solving any kind of new challenge.
