Katherine Chang (New York) joined KKR in 2010. She was previously with Pricewaterhouse Coopers' Transaction Services group where she worked across a number of industries on managing projects ranging from IPO’s, SEC registrations, financial reporting process and technology improvement. At KKR, Ms. Chang has been responsible for KKR's Private Equity portfolio company reporting operations team and leads the business analysts responsible for the Americas Private Markets and Capital Raising Technology. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, an M.B.A. and M.S. Accountancy from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
