I'm part of the Recruiting Leadership Team and I am responsible for Recruiting Operations globally. I lead, coach, and manage the RecOps team, comprised of a globally dispersed team of 12 (Palo Alto, San Francisco, Austin, London, Singapore, and Budapest). We are the team responsible for all projects, programs, system and tools, and process improvements. Our team's mission is to help our team recruit the best candidates, as fast and effective as possible, while delivering exceptional customer service to our candidates and managers.
