Dr. Judith Rodin, 68, has served as a director since November 2002. She is President of the Rockefeller Foundation. From 1994 to 2004, Dr. Rodin served as President of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a professor of psychology and of medicine and psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as a director of AMR Corporation and Citigroup Inc.
