Yizhou Chen is the chairman and CEO of China InterActive Corporation. Chen attended Wuhan University and received his B.Sc degree in Physics in 1987, and his M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT in 1993. He also went on to receive his MBA and M.S. degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Stanford University in 1997.

In 1999 Chen co-founded ChinaRen.com and served as Chairman and CEO of the company. He was later appointed Vice President of Sohu after Sohu acquired ChinaRen in 2000. He also founded China InterActive Corporation in 2002.
