Jim Madden is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Carrick Capital Partners.Prior to Carrick Capital Partners, Jim was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exult, Inc., the innovator of Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing for Global 500 corporations.

Founded in 1998, Exult operated client service centers around the globe, enabling some of the world’s largest businesses to enhance their human capital productivity, reduce costs and provide improved HR services.

Clients included BP, Bank of America, International Paper, and Prudential Financial. In five years, Exult grew from a concept with no customers to over $500 million in revenue and over 2,000 employees.

Jim led a successful IPO of the company in 2000. Exult serviced more than 600,000 employees with $20 billion in annual employee payments. Jim is also involved in several other successful technology-enabled services companies, including Axiom, Genpact (NYSE: G), Mavenlink and ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV).
