Jeffrey Wartgow is the director of product management at [Oracle Corporation](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/oracle#/entity), a computer technology company that develops and markets computer hardware systems and enterprise software products. Previously, he was the vice president of product marketing at TOA Technologies.

Before joining TOA Technologies, Wartgow spent over 2 years as a director at FTI Consulting, where he was charged with developing the company’s first formal partner program. Prior to that, he served at Dell for over 7 years.

Wartgow obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds master’s degrees in entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado and in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
