Jeffrey Berg has served as a member of Oracle's Board of Directors since 1997. He has been a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee since 2001 and a member of the Committee on Independence Issues since 2012.

Berg has been an agent in the entertainment industry for more than 35 years. He is the founder and chairman of Resolution, a talent and literary agency. From 1985 to 2012, Berg was the chairman and CEO of International Creative Management, Inc., a talent agency for the entertainment industry. He has served as co-chair of California's Council on Information Technology, and was president of the Executive Board of the College of Letters and Sciences at the University of California at Berkeley. Berg is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Anderson School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles.
