Jason Black is a General Partner at RRE Ventures, where he devotes his time analyzing B2B companies typically with a technical bent. He covers spaces like machine learning, developer tools, infrastructure platforms, industrial internet of things, robotics, and anything in traditional enterprise software. Prior to joining RRE, Jason worked at Microsoft, where he developed Office’s first dedicated startup analysis pipeline. Jason previously worked at Microsoft as a Design Researcher. Jason holds a BA from Harvard University in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science. While there, Jason founded the Harvard College Tech Review, where he served as Editor-in-Chief, worked as a freelance designer and photographer, and co-Founded two student startups.
