Gopal Krishnan is the VP of Engineering and Professional Services, leading the product development, solutions delivery, and cloud operations for CognitiveScale. Prior to CognitiveScale, Gopal was the VP of Professional Services and Customer Support for IBM’s $2 billion Security business unit, since its formation in 2012. In this role, with the mission of customer success, he led a worldwide team of cybersecurity professionals in the deployment and support of IBM’s Security products at its customers.
Gopal earned his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and New Mexico Tech respectively. He also completed his BS and MS degrees in Mathematics from University of Madras, India.
