Gautam founded AudioCompass, a consumer internet/mobile company focused on enhancing the in-trip experience of travelers with location-aware, do-it-yourself guided audio tours.

In addition to spending time at AudioCompass, Gautam is an occasional angel investor and advisor several early stage companies. Prior to starting AudioCompass, he was a Strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting, and worked briefly at a Quantitative Equity Hedge Fund in New York.

Gautam received a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering, University of Notre Dame in 2005, where he double majored in Computer Science and Film, and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

When not at work, Gautam is usually spending time with my wife and daughter, planning his next scuba diving vacation, or building something with his Raspberry Pi.
