Eiji Yatagawa (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2006 and is a member of the Technology team. From 2010 to 2012, he worked in KKR's Hong Kong Office. At KKR, he has been involved with the investments in Unisteel, Intelligence, Panasonic Healthcare, Pioneer DJ and Transphorm. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Panasonic Healthcare, Pioneer DJ and Transphorm. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Goldman Sachs' investment banking team, based in New York and Tokyo. He focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology sector and was also involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions and financing projects. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from the University of Tokyo.
