Edmund has diverse expertise working with Silicon Valley technology companies. Prior to joining SKTA Innopartners, Edmund served as Director in the corporate development group at SK Planet, identifying new investment opportunities in content delivery, video, social media, ecommerce and education. He also developed new initiatives around cloud computing for SK Telecom Americas.

Prior to his role at SK, Edmund was an investment banker at Pagemill Partners and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin where he completed numerous M&A transactions and capital raises across variety of technology sectors, including semiconductors, hardware, and software. Edmund also covered internet infrastructure companies as an equity analyst at Wedbush Morgan Securities.

Edmund has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology from University of California at Davis, and an MBA and MIS from Claremont Graduate University.
