Douglas Maine has served as one of our directors since May 2007.

Maine served as General Manager of the Consumer Products Industry Division for International Business Machines Corporation, or IBM, from 2003 until his retirement in May 2005 and served as Chief Financial Officer of IBM from 1998 to 1999.

Prior to joining IBM, Maine spent 20 years with MCI, Inc. (now part of Verizon), where he was Chief Financial Officer from 1992 to 1998.

Maine serves on the board of directors of two public companies, Albemarle, Inc. since 2005 and Orbital-ATK, Inc. since 2006. Additionally, he is a Limited Partner and Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman and serves on the boards of directors of three of BBH Capital Partners’ private portfolio companies.
